I can really notice this supplement working. This is a strong supplement to take. I think I have more energy, concentration, and focus while taking this. I have taken one a day and am very healthy. Compared to other brands I like Naturebell because they have intelligent formulations, like this one with added l-tyrosine for brain support! This helps me think and exercise. Thank you.

This product contains a slightly smaller quantity per capsule compared to some others but its a good trade off because this allows the capsules to be noticeably smaller and easier to swallow.

I take one pill each morning when I wake up which is about an hour before I have my breakfast. I am an IT professional with extremely detailed tasks filled on any given day. I am 54yrs old. I definitely noticed clear focus since I have started to take these.

Seems to work well to control severe sinus drainage

As a COPD and former lung cancer patient, I use this to reduce morning throat phlegm. It works very well for that and is one of the best value for Citicoline that I've found.

I have used this now for 30 days and this product seems to be working. I have used ADD drugs prior and while this does not have the same effect, it does help. I like that it is more of a natural product and does not have the same side effects as some of the narcotics that are prescribed for attention deficit disorder.It has helped me focus on tasks at work and has provided me with more energy. I recommend that you give it a try. I am ordering another bottle and I will continue to use this product and monitor my results.

I wish I had looked closer at the supplement facts, but was distracted by the misleading emphasis on "500mg and 120 capsules" on the front label. If I had looked a little closer, I would have seen that the 1 serving size is two capsules, meaning you only have 60 servings, not 120. Stating that 1 serving is 500mg is a redundancy, considering how many competing citicoline brands are out there already selling 200-300mgx120 servings. I admit that I should have looked closer, but I wouldn't have bothered with this brand if I had. A 500mg capsule of choline would have been a remarkable incentive. Advertising 500mg absent that is pointless, which makes me think it was done on purpose to increase purchases.I'm sure the choline is fine, but that complaint is enough for me to stick to my previous brand, which is 300mgx120 capsules... or 600mgx60 servings if you want to play naturebell's game.

This stuff worked amazing for my sleep. After taking antihistamines for a while, I started getting insomnia. For 4 days my body was tired but my brain wasn't, and took a long time to shut off. I had to lie in the dark for a good while.Almost immediately (It was a little scary 😅) after taking this, (about 30 min) I actually started falling asleep reading, which hadn't happened in days. My brain felt tired! And I had a better sleep than normal. Not sure if my brain had just had enough last night, or I stumbled upon some sort of magic pill for counteracting antihistamine induced insomnia. Wow. I will continue to take and report again.
