Nature's Plus Super B-50 is a powerful hypoallergenic formula with B-complex vitamins on a fortified base of rice bran, alpha-alpha, watercress and parsley.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) helps maintain healthy blood and normal metabolism of food into energy and Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) helps in hematopoiesis, absorption of nutrients from food, maintenance of skin and nerve health system, as well as in reducing the feeling of fatigue.

Long-term intake of vitamin B6 above 25mg may cause mild tingling or numbness.
