What is DMAE Bitartrate  (Dimethylaminoethanol)

DMAE Bitartrate is an active ingredient that promotes firm  skin, fullness of the lips, and has anti aging properties.  DMAE bitartrate is neutralized with tartaric acid to make it  suitable for homemade skin care. It has been demonstrated that DMAE causes some degree of skin tightening.
