The lid will be slightly stiff when opening, to provide an effective seal. When you close it, listen for the click to ensure it is closed properly. Make sure there are no tissues or wipes hanging over the edge of the potty when you close it, as this will affect the seal. If travelling on an airplane, leave it open – if it's closed, the pressure will create a vacuum that makes it

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number.
