The earphones are also compatible with Apple official lightning connector EarPods.
When charging, make sure to connect this product to an AC adapter and cable first, and then connect it to the charging device. If the order is incorrect for the power cable, conversion adapter (this product) to terminal, it may not be charged.
Please use a branded device such as your USB memory. Third-party devices may not recognize them.
● If you connect to a keyboard, mouse, or headphone, you need to set the function to be activated. If you do not know how to set it up on the official page of the device you use.
This product is not compatible with all OTG compatible devices. Depending on the device model, power supply, and the USB device you connect may only activate the functions of either power supply or USB device. You must check the specifications of your device before use. Otherwise, functionality may be limited.
●On some devices, the OTG function may be off by default. You need to activate the USB OTG function from the device settings.
● Connecting with external devices may consume power of the device. When using for a long time, please be aware of the remaining battery. The operation may be significantly decreased and unstable when using in the energy-saving mode (low battery level). To connect a USB device that requires a large power such as a portable hard drive, be sure to supply a separate power source to a USB device.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
