Friendly Reminder:
1. Only suitable for outdoors.
2. It’s important to adjust the collar to properly fit the dog’s neck. If you have to cut off some of the collar, please singe the collar end with a lighter immediately to avoid fraying.
3. For long-haired dogs, please trim some hair on your dog’s neck to ensure good contact of the metal probes.
4. It’s recommended to wear the collar for less than 8 hours per day. If possible, reposition the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
5. Please keep this dog fence away from children to avoid their playing causing unintended electric shock.
6. The tracker function is only suitable for IOS Phones. If the GPS signal is weak, the tracker may not update your dog’s location as quickly as it was.
7. Only when the signal is good, can the receiver work normally.
The GPS signals can be affected by environmental factors such as tall buildings, dense vegetation, or bad weather.
It is important to consider these factors when setting up the system and adjust the boundaries accordingly.
8. Only when the GPS Font and Water Drop Icon disappear on the screen, can we reset or adjust the radius.
