Instruction for Cutting
Step 1. Remove the original insoles from your shoes.
Step 2. Place the new Orthopedic Insole with the original insoles back to back.
Step 3. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel.
Step 4. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole.
Step 5. Cut the insoles along the cutting line.

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at first signs of wear.
