The Black Ice Cooling Neck Wrap and UC1 UltraCooler is truly a cooling system like no other. The neck cooling wrap is designed to solve the problems of existing products that rely on water or gel/starch based ice (too cold and melt too fast, drips on the user), or evaporative cooling bandanas or cooling absorbent rags (last a very short time and have to be constantly re-dipped in water, or get soggy and drip on the user). The Black Ice neck wrap does not drip on the user, is very cool, but not too cold, does not get soggy, and lasts much longer than typcial products. Besides being light weight, comfortable and attractive, it has a powerful ability to draw heat away from one's body. The MaxSys is a twin cooling pack system. This enables the user to wear one pack, while re-chilling the other in the UltraCooler with ice water in only 20 min. Swap the coolant packs out as needed to provide a constant, wonderfully refreshing cooling sensation for many hours. The UltraCooler is lightweight, but an amazingly well insulated cooler and may be the best softside cooler on the market. The cooler is 6 pack size and is made of super tough, premium grade materials, along with zippered enclosure. Zipper is not water tight, so cooler works best if kept upright while in use, or if used with 1 or 2 gallon plastic zip-top type of bag inside to contain ice/water. Provides amazing heat relief to both spectators and athletes in numerous sports, whether between holes in golf, games in tennis or pickleball, or between reps or sets in weight lifting or cross-fit. Watching a tennis or baseball match? This is the perfect system to stay cool. Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
