Wood Pulp, Ryan and Synthetic Materials that may be bleached with Chlorine are often used as a substitute in conventional Hygienic Products. All Maxim products are made with 100% Organic and Natural Chlorine-Free Cotton to help reduce the risk of irritation, minimize the body's exposure to chemicals and feel pure and softer. These 100% Organic Cotton Balls are made from 100% certified organic cotton by ICEA. The organic cotton contains ZERO chlorine bleaching, pesticides, herbicides, dyes, fragrances, rayon, viscose, or any other harmful chemicals and carcinogens. Rest assured knowing that none of the fibers in these all Organic Cotton Balls are exposed to any toxic materials during production. Healthy and Safe Ingredients: Not all Cotton Balls are made the same way. They may be labeled as “cotton” but are not comprised of 100% cotton. Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
