Small air pockets or imperfections in the porcelain are possible due to the non-machine manufacturing, because this porcelain set is largely made by craftsmanship, i.e. unlike machine-made porcelain, variations in shape, size and weight may occur.
Sometimes there may be small black dots. This is normal.
And the colour is slightly warm white, not pure white. And we ask the buyer, who is with the colour high prompt, order carefully. Because the camera and screen may not show so accurate colour.
There may be damaged items in the pack, because you cannot be sure that the porcelain items will be in order after so long shipping. But do not worry, please contact us immediately, we will send the free replacements to them as soon as possible.
