1. My printer is reporting "The following printhead has a problem" or an error message, how do we process the next step?
LKB answer: simply skip the message and press "OK" or "Next" and continue printing.
2. My printer did not recognize the print head, how do I do it?
LKB Answer: ① Please take off the print heads, use an eraser to gently clean the chips and tissue paper to gently clean the metal touch pot (can not touch with fingers), and then install the print head again. Or ②You can use a knife to tear off the remanufactured printhead chip and then use the double-sided tape to paste the original chip.
3. My printer has not printed for a long time, now the printer report shows that the printhead has a problem, how does it work?
LKB answer - Your printer must print at least 1 ~ 2 pages twice a week.
