Return Policy: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The product can not be returned without a Return Authorization. The Return Authorization number must be on the address label so that we can process your return. Please be aware that the return should be in the original packaging and in new/unused condition. If this is not the case, your return may be denied. We must be informed within 24 hours if there are any damages to your product. Some of our items are special order items that ship directly from the manufacturer. These items will be marked as SP and will take approximately 10-15 business days for delivery and in most cases, cannot be returned. The return is subject to a restocking fee. We are unable to take back certain products due to health reasons.  These items include, but are not limited to, underwear, pillows, toilet seats, oral products, etc. If an item has been opened or used, it is not returnable. Within 24 hours (except for week-ends and holidays) you will receive an eBay message with instructions for the return. Do you send out samples? We are sorry, but we do not send out samples. We do suggest that you purchase the smallest quantity available to make sure that the product is what you are wanting. Sometimes the manufacturer will send you a sample if you contact them directly. 

Do you accept Insurance or Medicare? We are sorry, but we are unable to file the insurance claims for you. That is not to say that you can't get reimbursed. We can send you the order receipt and you can use this invoice to submit it to the provider for reimbursement.
