Easy to Install:

Step-1 Tear off the color sealing tape marked "PULL".(If not, the printing effect is blank).

Step-2 Insert into correct color slot until it clicks into place. (If you don't hear "clicks" sound, the ink cartridge couldn't be recognized).

Attention:

1)Do NOT tear off trasparent tape on the ink oulet.

2)Please do Not touch the ink chip to avoid the unrecognized issue during installation.

Notice:

1. Please click 'Yes' or 'Continue' if the printer prompt the error message such as 'Non-Genuine Cartridges', then the printer can go on to print

2. If line or blurry happens, try realigning your printer heads, choose your printer clean option to clean the printer head and nozzle check 1-2 times for more sharp and vivid color

3. Please replace ink cartridges ONLY when the ink cartridges marked with 'X' or "!" above their ink level

Tracking & Notifications
