Our Lac Rose salt is characterised by its particularly mild taste and fine aroma. Try this specialty with fish dishes and vegetables. A recipe suggestion: the perfect salad for autumn! Ingredients: plenty of salad of your choice for 4 servings - lamb lettuce, oak leaf, frisee or lollo rosso, 1 ripe pear, 1 teaspoon sugar, 150 g pumpkin best Hokaido (with edible bowl), 1 tablespoon butter, nutmeg, 10 walnuts, 300 g blue cheese (Roquefort, Gorgonzola or a gou. da), 3 EL White wine vinegar, 7 tablespoons grape seed oil, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil, lacquer rose salt, pepper, sugar. Preparation: First, wash and clean the salad thoroughly, peel the pear, cut into quarters and cut into edible pieces. Caramelise sugar in a pan and sweat the pear pieces only very briefly.
