L-Mesitran Border is a hydroactive polymer pad with 30% medical type honey for the healing of superficial ulcers with any degree of exudate or mild cell necrosis.
It has a high ability to absorb exudates -up to 7 times the weight of the product- trapping moisture and any necrotic, bacterial cells inside.
It has high quality adhesive silicone which assimilates the movements of the body without detaching. The patch ensures painless changes as it detaches easily when removed without injuring the tissue.
Develops and maintains the moist healing environment thanks to the natural substance of the medicinal type honey and the polymeric elements of the product, developing a cool, laughing surface to cover the ulcer.
Soothes the swelling through its anti-inflammatory elements and the provision of rich oxygenation, vitamins, amino acids and nutrients to the ulcer, thus neutralizing the inflammation of the ulcer.
It develops and maintains a natural, antiseptic environment in the ulcer, through an enzymatic reaction and subsequent production of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), while it does not work cytotoxically, as is the case with conventional antiseptic / antimicrobial substances (silver, oxygen, etc.). prolonged use and presence of the product in the fault is required.
The Border patch is suitable for:

Instructions of use
Clean the ulcer area with saline before applying the patch. It is required that the skin area around the ulcer be dry before placing them on it.
Apply the patch to the affected area.
To remove the patch, the user must peel off one end slightly and pull it horizontally, not upwards. It continues gradually with the same movements around the perimeter of the patch until it is completely detached.
The indicated shelf life of the product in the ulcer is determined in 1-5 days depending on the amount of exudates. The visible swelling of the patch is an indication of the coverage of its absorbent capacity and the need to place a new one.
