Fasten finger-tight with locknuts. Center and level the backrest on the Tour-Pack lid for the best appearance.Tighten the locknuts.
Fits 14-later Touring (except 21-later FLH and 23-later FLHFB) and Tri Glide models equipped with Chopped Tour-Pak luggage.
