Recommended SIM card carrier (SIM card not included)

This watch works as a little smart phone to make or receive phone calls after SIM card correctly inserted. It can support 4G Nano SIM mobile/watch card from most carriers. We recommend to use T-mobile.

If you use a new card, please call the SIM card carrier to activate the card's caller ID, GPRS data traffic Internet access function, and call function. After SIM activation, it might take up to 24-hrs for the GPRS and data settings to sync and update with your device.

Steps to insert SIM card (SIM card not included)

1. Turn off the watch.

2. Insert the Nano SIM card in the card slot beside the watch.

3. Use the SIM-removal tool to push the SIM card into the slot until it is locked inside.

4. After SIM card inserted,turn on the watch,swipe down from the top of the watch screen,4G cellular signal and strength should be displayed on the top of the screen if the SIM card is successfully activated and inserted.
