With the Hip Thrust barbell pad, you can train your glutes with a heavy load without the barbell exerting pressure on your hips.

The barbell pad is not only suitable for hip pressure exercises with a barbell, but also for exercises such as Glute Bridge, Kas Glute Bridge or other variations of glute exercises with a barbell lying on the hip.
The Hip Thrust barbell pad fits the usual Olympic grips found in gyms, but also on the handles at home. The extra strong Velcro closure keeps the foam on the barbell in the correct position throughout the exercise.
The foam is lightweight, making it convenient to carry and use. It is covered with waterproof eco leather, so it is not afraid of sweat. It has just the right firmness to protect our hips from pressure points, yet is soft enough to be comfortable during exercise.
