We offer a combined shipping discount on eBay when multiple items are paid together. Remember to check the mfg. web site for product compatibility when ordering multiple items. INTEGY INC. ships to all 50 States within the U.S. and eBay Global International service handles all oversea destinations. International orders are first shipped to the eBay processing center in KY, USA and then sent to your country. All orders submitted by 7:00 AM (PST) between Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) will ship out within 72 hours. We do not ship any orders on weekends; all orders submitted on Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Integy products are designed for experienced RC enthusiasts. Unless included with the product itself, most of our products do not include instructions. The customer is responsible for any product assembly/disassembly, any set-up and adjustment, and periodic maintenance. All products will require some prep out of the package; some items are partially assembled for packaging purposes only, and may require standard prep before installation and usage, such as shimming for proper alignment, checking tightness of all components and fasteners, installing your own shock oil, anti-seize, thread lock, or grease. Do not just install the item out of the package; check, adjust, and set/reset all new items when taken out of the package.
Return & Warranty
Before initiating a return, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! Filing a case with PayPal or a “not as described” claim will limit customer options due to eBay’s internal automations and policies. Integy offers a simple 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY for all brand new, unopened/unused items. All returns will receive a full refund for the price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Not all products include installation hardware; due to factory supply delays beyond our control, certain products may appear slightly different from what is originally shown in the product photos. Any alternates will be compatible and will not affect the functionality of the product.
