A: The device is powered by the vehicle's accessory fuses. If the LED light on the device does not turn on, most likely, there is an accessory fuse blown. Replace that blown accessory fuse to get the tool to power on and connect to the app successfully.
Q: Does it work on heady-duty vehicles?
A: All of our Innova 6000P bluetooth obd2 scanner diagnostic tools will work on heavy duty vehicles as long as they are OBD2 compliant. You can check whether the vehicle is OBD2 compliant by checking the emissions label on the roof of the hood or near the radiator.
