Shipping costs back and forth are non-refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchanges or refunds. Please allow up to (5) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.

All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 10 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.

All defective items being returned must be packed in original boxes or materials as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
