How to select and install security modules:
1. It must be checked whether the host has TPM 2.0 or if TPM 2.0 is enabled.
2. Click "Run" and enter "tpm.msc" (Win+R button) to check if the TPM version is ready.
3. If version 2.0 is displayed but is not ready, you need to make the settings in the BIOS. Please contact the customer service of the motherboard manufacturer.
4. Open the case and check the pins of the TPM on the motherboard.
5. When installing the module, the side with the chip must face inwards. Align the pins and insert the module completely to prevent loosening. (The orientation is shown in the picture.)

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations
