For effective treatment use to treat the perimeter of infested rooms, carpet or tack strips. Also ideal for use on luggage to kill bed bugs and bed bug eggs. ­Use this product as just one step in the treatment of bed bugs in and around your home. This is a non-staining formula and does not leave an unpleasant odor. Hot Shot Bedbug and Flea Killer Aerosol Spray is also effective in treating for fleas and ticks. Use it in classic bedbug hiding places, including in cracks and crevices around your bed, behind your bed frame, and in mattress tufts, folds, and seams. Spray bedbugs directly or treat in areas where signs of bedbugs and their eggs are evident.

The active ingredient in Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Killer aerosol is prallethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid that is potent to insects. The formula is water-based and won't stain water-safe fabrics or surfaces.

#### Use Recommendations

Use Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Killer aerosol to spot-treat bedbug hiding places around your bed and furniture. This product can be applied as a spot treatment to cracks and crevices, and around baseboards, floorboards, bedboards, and walls. Be sure to allow treated surfaces to dry thoroughly before use. You can repeat application after four weeks, if necessary.

In cases of infestation, use Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Killer aerosol in conjunction with Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Fogger (for entire rooms) and/or Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Home Insect Killer (for residual and contract control in common bedbug hiding places). Follow up with another full-scale treatment one to two weeks later.

#### Diagnosing Bedbugs

If you're experiencing bites but haven't seen any bugs, check the seams of your mattress and box spring. Bedbugs are usually very tiny, but you can see them by shining a bright flashlight in common hiding places or aiming a hot hair dryer at them to force them out. You might also see brownish or reddish spots on your bedding.

#### Protecting Books and Papers

It's recommended to spray Hot Shot Bedbug & Flea Killer aerosol until treated surfaces are damp, which will likely harm books or paper. If it's reasonable to do so, seal fragile paper items in plastic and lay them outside to heat in the sun for several hours. Exposing them to extreme cold such as a freezer will also kill bedbugs.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.

Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Cost

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund: 

  • Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. 
  • Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

Refund Processing 

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

Claims: 

Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support  Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.
