Instructions Of Use
Χρήση
· Από τη γέννηση, ως αποκλειστική τροφή ή ως συμπλήρωμα του μητρικού γάλακτος.
· Σε συνέχεια του θηλασμού ή άλλης τροφής πρώτης βρεφικής ηλικίας.
· Μπορεί να χορηγηθεί ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες, όπως το μητρικό γάλα, όσο συχνά και σε όση ποσότητα θέλει το μωρό σας.
Προετοιμασία γεύματος
Κατά την προετοιμασία γεύματος βρεφικού γάλακτος, τηρείτε πιστά τις οδηγίες χρήσης. Η παρασκευή με ακατάλληλο τρόπο μπορεί να προκαλέσει προβλήματα υγείας, π.χ. λόγω ανάπτυξης ανεπιθύμητων μικροβίων. Για το λόγο αυτό, η τροφή πρέπει να παρασκευάζεται πριν από κάθε γεύμα και να χορηγείται αμέσως. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε υπόλοιπα τροφής που έχουν περισσέψει. Καθαρίζετε καλά το μπιμπερό, τη θηλή και το δακτύλιο. Αφού πάρετε από τη συσκευασία όσο προϊόν χρειάζεται, ξανακλείστε τη καλά, φυλάξτε τη σε χώρο ξηρό και σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου, και καταναλώστε μέσα σε 3 εβδομάδες. Μη ζεσταίνετε την τροφή στο φούρνο μικροκυμάτων (κίνδυνος υπερθέρμανσης).
1. Βράστε φρέσκο πόσιμο νερό και κρυώστε το στους 40°-50°C περίπου*.
2. Αδειάστε στο μπιμπερό την ποσότητα του νερού που επιθυμείτε.
3. Υπολογίστε τη συνιστώμενη ποσότητα σκόνης. Γεμίστε χαλαρά τη μεζούρα και αφαιρέστε τη σκόνη που
4. περισσεύει. Βάλτε τη σκόνη στο νερό.
5. Κλείστε το μπιμπερό και ανακινήστε το με δύναμη.
6. Κρυώστε το σε θερμοκρασία κατανάλωσης (περ. 37°C). Ελέγξτε τη θερμοκρασία.
* Για να μη βλάψετε τις φυσικές καλλιέργειες γαλακτικού οξέος (γαλακτοβάκιλλοι), μη χρησιμοποιείτε υπερβολικά ζεστό νερό για την παρασκευή της τροφής.
Ποσότητα κατανάλωσης και δοσολογία
Η ποσότητα κατανάλωσης ανά μπιμπερό μπορεί να διαφέρει κατά περίπτωση. Οι συνιστώμενες ποσότητες κατανάλωσης και ο αριθμός των μπιμπερό ανά ημέρα είναι ενδεικτικές. Το μωρό σας δεν χρειάζεται να εξαναγκαστεί να αδειάσει το μπιμπερό. Παρακαλούμε να χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο τη συνοδευτική μεζούρα! Μια μεζούρα αντιστοιχεί σε 30 ml νερό.
