✦ New wetsuits usually will have a special smell. Don’t worry. That is the smell of glue and it's inevitable during wetsuit manufacturing. Just spread the wetsuit and leave it in an open area for a while, the smell will fade a lot. And it will disappear after soaking in water. If you find any quality issues after receiving the products, don’t worry, we’re willing to do anything to help you. We want to hear your voice and know your suggestions for improvement. We value your comments and feedback.
✦ In order to avoid unnecessary waste caused by over-packaging and to decrease transportation damage to the products, we choose high-quality OPP seal bags for packaging. When you open the bag, you may notice some slight creases on the product. We ask for your understanding as creases cannot be completely avoided. This is acceptable according to our quality policy. If the creases are too pronounced for you to accept, please do not worry, we’re willing to do anything to help you.
