Our clipboard folders are available in many different colours, washable, robust, durable and can be easily used outdoors – just a real quality product made in Germany. The folders are suitable for all documents up to DIN A4 format. With a capacity of up to 50 sheets of standard paper (80 g/m²), all loose leaf collections can be safely stored. The folder can also be hung using the extendable suspension device of the clamping mechanism. The ballpoint pen is not included. Heidemann – traditional and modern! For over 50 years, we have been producing items for office supplies. Our strength is not only in the high-quality material selection – we only use phthalate-free films from European production, REACH-compliant and complies with the European toy standard EN 71-3. We are strongly rooted regionally and therefore rely exclusively on the Bielefeld location for the production of our products! Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

- 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
