LOOK AFTER YOUR KNIVES, AND THEY WILL LOOK AFTER YOU Technically the knives are all constructed with durability, and the steel is considered dishwasher safe, But we recommend to hand wash the knives for better maintain. The best way to clean knife, wash it by hand using a plastic dish brush and warm soapy water and hand dry immediately. Do not clean with abrasive cleaners, steel wool, scourers or scouring powder. If you prefer to use a dishwasher, place the knife in the top rack with the cutting edge pointing down. Do not place the blade in contact with other knives or cutlery in the dishwasher, as staining may occur. Avoid "rinse & hold" programme and hand dry as soon as the cycle is complete. Store knife in a safe place to protect its edge and prevent injury. We highly recommend only with soft cloth to clean the knife in order to avoid scratching the surface.
