Confidence through knowledge

How did you come up with the idea for this product?

When my first baby, Maya, was born, I was set on breastfeeding her. I knew all the benefits, had taken a breastfeeding class, and felt prepared. After she was born, I realized I needed more support. I couldn’t tell if she was eating enough or if I was making enough milk. After yet another trip to the pediatrician’s office to weigh her, I knew there had to be another way. The idea for Grow came out of my experience, and the experience of so many other breastfeeding moms. Our mission is to making caring for babies a little easier, using technology, data, and design to make smart products for babies and the parents raising them.

What makes your product special?

The experience of bringing home a baby - the excitement, the joy, the late nights - there’s nothing like it. Grow is making the experience of caring for a baby easier for parents by providing them with the knowledge that their baby is eating and growing like they should be. We are excited to be pioneering the smart nursery and supporting parents in raising happy, healthy babies.

What has been the best part of your startup experience?

The most inspiring part of this experience has been getting feedback from parents using the Smart Changing Pad. All the late nights of startup life are worth it when we hear from people like Jane, the mom of an extremely premature baby boy who is relieved to see that her son is continuing to put on the weight he needs to, all from the comfort of her home, and Elaine, who wrote to tell us that she nearly gave up on breastfeeding but stuck with it because the Smart Changing Pad gave her the confidence in her ability to produce enough milk. Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
