To prevent burning of the baking paper, do not put it in the fryer during preheating. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the paper before use. Then place meat, cakes or other foods rich in oil and liquid on it. Do not use the baking paper empty as it can only withstand high temperatures when food is lying on it.
