A: Take the rod normally and wrap the strap around the bar and go under the bar first and not over. Once the straps are in place, you can tighten them by gripping the wrapped strap, not too tight and rolling the bar back towards your body.
Q:Does the leather need to be broken in?
A: No, the leather is super soft, so it feels comfortable even at the first session!
Q:Are leather straps better than cotton?
