Prepare eggs and container: grease the egg container with a little cooking oil or butter to prevent the eggs from sticking. Beat M-XL large eggs into the container.
Set temperature and time: place the egg container in the cooking basket (steam basket) of the Thermomix. Place the cooking basket in the mixing pot. Set the required time, temperature and stirring level. Make sure the settings meet the requirements of the desired egg boiling.
Poach eggs: close the lid of the Thermomix and make sure the mixing attachment or measuring cup is placed. Start the Thermomix and let it poach according to the set parameters.
Finish cooking process: after poaching, carefully remove the egg container and the eggs in it should now be perfectly poached.
