Use of Self Adhesive Vinyl:
1.Cutting Setting
Select the pattern and adjust the blade, pressure of the cutting machine.
If you are new to this metal vinyl, it is necessary to conduct a cutting blade test first.
PS:The settings we tested using cameo 4 were: material selection vinyl 'metal', blade 3, pressure 12.
2. Clear Protective Film
Please remove the glossy vinyl transparent protective film before passing through the machine,you can use the label to remove it.
3.Weeding
Using tweezers can make weeding easier and save more time.
4.Transfer by Medium Truck Transfer Tape
Transfer the pattern with a medium truck transfer tape. Use transfer paper from a medium-sized truck to cover the vinyl design, and use a scraper to completely lift the vinyl pattern onto the transfer paper.
5.APPLY
Clean the surface, then attach the vinyl pattern to it ,after stick well,gentle remove the transfer tape.
