This gorgeous looking 1000 piece puzzle has been beautifully painted by Tony Ryan. As with all Gibsons puzzles, we use 100% recycled puzzle board and work with the best artists from around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces fit together perfectly and are made from the thickest puzzle board on the market. At Gibsons we put people and the planet first. Our puzzles are securely sealed with biodegradable clear labels instead of shrink wrap to reduce plastic waste. We use plant-based inks and our puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled in local centres. Tony Ryan decided he wanted to become an artist when he saw a program about the life of the commercial artist when he was just twelve years old. He left school at age 16 and went to Bolton Art College to study illustration and design, and then took a postgraduate course in illustration in Bristol. Today he is a freelance illustrator, experimenting with watercolor, gouache, oil and pastels. In recent years he has taken courses to develop his interest in printmaking and Japanese woodcut, and many of his paintings are influenced by his own personal life and memories of his growing up in Lancashire. We are Gibsons, the family owned puzzle and board game business. Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
