These two booklets are what would be inside the black leather pouch in the glove box for these vehicles. The black leather pouch has Denali imprinted on the cover. This pouch measures 8.25" wide, 5.5" tall, and 1.5" thick. This combination is for the Canadian models. The owners manual booklet is in English, and the warranty booklet is in English and French.

Return Policy:
Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the listing the first time, every time. Return/Refunds
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted/installed, etc.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and most will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by FactoryOEMParts.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.
