- 1. Ender 2 Pro Upgrades: This heated bed top cover is 165x165mm/6.49x6.49inch, fit FlashForgeAdventurer 3/Ender 2 pro/LuzBot Mini 2 Desktop 3D printers. NOT INCLUDE the Magentic Pad, then you can use your stock to hold the plate in place on the bed, no need for an ever-growing collection and reduce cost. Not recommend to use without magets. To meet different printing needs, we also have Smooth PEI Powder-coated dual side plate(Asin:B0BVHL3ND1), Cheap but Nice PC sticker(Asin:B0CM9HWDSQ).
- 2. 165x165 Build Plate Top Plate Only: Double Sided Upgraded 0.7mm printbed, the PET surface exhibits a pattern resembling carbonfiber. The intersection of gloss and matte surfaces forms a striped pattern, creating a three-dimensional and orderly print surface with a distinctive texture. It can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, making it ideal for low-temp filaments PLA and PETG. The PEI coating presents a delicate matte texture, exuding a calm and stable quality for high temperature ABS.
- 3. Excellent adhesion for first layer: The model can be firmly attached to the surface of the print bed. Easily print even for a newbie using on a well-tuned printer. For example, setting a Z value -0.945 or -0.930 on Prusa i3 MK3S+ is OK. If too low, filament buildup or no extrusion, print head nozzle easily scratch the surface. If too high, the prints come off the bedplate, messing things up. Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow down the speed at 10-25mm/s when going on the first few layers.
- 4. Usage Guidelines: Attention should be paid to the nozzle-to-surface distance to prevent permanent scars. Regular cleaning with alcoholl or a cleaning agent is great to maintain surface cleanliness. Dirt and oil stains can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the carbonfiber-like pattern. A Clean surface, a roll of Dry filaments or Adding Brims may help get your 3d printing project a cool smooth finish. Also recommend to keep it stored Separately for protection when not in use.
- 5. Easy to Remove and use: Put the printing plate onto the printer hot bed, then the bed leveling sensor will automatically go on while machine powered on. Slightly bend the plate for model removal without any help of tools. And the plate will return to flatness, which is made of high quality spring steel plate. Flexible, removable, high strength and heat resistance. Total Thickness is about 0.7mm, thicker enough and longer service lifespan than others.
