Wipe off residue with a damp cloth and make sure there are no gaps or bubbles between the tape and the hair. 4. Apply the new tape carefully to make the extension work properly. How to care for human hair extensions after washing and blow-drying. 1. Comb gently from bottom to top with a coarse tooth comb. 2. Use low to medium heat for smoothing. 3. For smoothness, apply a small amount of hair care oil.
