  • Made in the USA from start to finish! Festival chimes are handcrafted in Virginia, with materials sourced from USA suppliers. We use string and pipe from New York, Georgia and Florida, native hardwood from Pennsylvania, metal components from the Midwest, and sustainable, rot-resistant California redwood.
  • The 24” Festival chime is tuned to a pentatonic scale of D. Eight tubes provide a full, rich chord from root to octave. Each pipe is hand tuned and individually tested for clarity and pitch before assembly.
  • Choose the color that fits your style. Our durable, anodized aluminum finishes give Festival Bronze and Silver a classic neutral look with timeless style. To compliment the natural colors of your yard, our powder coated finishes Forest Green and Black will fit any landscape.
  • Festival wind chimes are made for the outdoors. The aluminum pipes will not rust. UV treated branding nylon cords tie this chime together and are made to spend the year outdoors. The top, striker, and wind sail are made from rot-resistant North American redwood. Each Festival chime comes with a two-year Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
  • The overall length of the chime is 24" which allows the chime to be used in very compact spaces, and to be used for small gifts to friends and family.
  • Festival style is defined by clean, contemporary lines and a simple profile that compliments any home or patio. Its oval wind sail is proportioned to sway in the wind without hitting the lower pipes of the chime. Its flat wooden dome top gives a rustic design while a silver hanging ring caps of the top.
  • The full length of the wind chime is 24 inches from the hook to bottom of the chime. This is designed with elegant 0.625" diameter aluminum thick walled tubes. The length of the longest tube is 11".

This small Festival chime is an easy way for anyone to bring beautiful music to their home. It is the piece you've been looking for to bring that special something from nature into your life. Its rustic, outdoorsy look will put a smile on your face as you watch and listen to it chiming in the wind. The blank side of the sail can be customized to add a personal touch to the chime. Customization limit is 4 lines of text with a maximum of 35 characters per line.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
