How to use:
1. After cleaning eye rinse cup, pour the eye wash solution into the eye wash cup (5-10ml is recommended).
2. The high part of eye cups faces outward, lower your head, and press it tightly on the eyes.
3. Slowly tilt your head back to allow the liquid to soak your eyes, preferably for about 15 seconds.
4. Pour out the eyewash solution, clean eye wash cups, and use the same method to clean the other eye.
