Free shipping on most items unless otherwise stated to the lower 48 states. Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam may apply. All Returns must be authorized by us and you will get an RMA number to put on the outside of the box. If an exchange needs to be made, we will gladly work with you.

Items labeled as defective but test good; Items returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts; Or items returned due to a misorder (buyer ordering incorrect item)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
