Adult supervision is recommended when using on children. Gel may not heat evenly in the microwave; knead and check temperature before use. If gel pack begins to expand while being heated in microwave, stop heating and let the pack cool. Do not reheat gel pack more than twice in one hour. Excessive heating may cause gel pack to rupture or leak. Directions For Cold Therapy Use: 1. Place gel pack in freezer for at least 1 hour. 2. Remove from freezer and wrap the gel pack with a soft cloth. 3. Apply to area to be treated for no more than 20 minutes unless otherwise directed by a physician. 4. After treatment remove gel pack from the cloth and return to freezer.
