The EnerSys Genesis NP18-12BFR battery is a part of the EnerSys NP range of sealed lead acid batteries. EnerSys incorporates specific design features for reliability and low maintenance. The case and cover are certified UL94-V0 flame retardant ABS. The NP18-12BFR has high conductivity bolt terminals for high energy density. This heavy-duty battery is made for the information technology and uninterruptible power supply markets for power management applications.

Genesis® NP batteries feature heavy duty thick lead calcium grids for years of dependable performance. The high energy density design factory sealed case and leak proof construction ensures that these rechargeable sealed lead acid batteries are extremely reliable and virtually maintenance-free.
The batteries are completely sealed by the factory meaning zero watering requirements. The Genesis NP battery design includes a low-pressure relief valve to release any build-up of pressure within the case. This vent is completely self-resealing ensuring the highest possible rate of internal recombination is reached within each battery.
With an expected life span of three to five years in float applications at 77°F (25°C) ambient temperature more than 1000 discharge/recharge cycles are possible depending on the depth of discharge for each cycle. The internal grid design has been perfected over 10 decades of battery experience to yield a battery that can recover even after repeated deep discharges.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
