Enamel cast iron products, are handmade products, products inside and outside the surface of the spray enamel by high temperature sintering, which produces small trachoma, protrusions, pits and black spots are normal, will not come off and affect the quality of the cookware, please rest assured that the use.
Enamel cookware dry burning paste bottom after cleaning, the bottom will appear similar to the eggshell pattern of small fine lines, this is due to the hot and cold process, cast iron and enamel material expansion stress produced by different stress lines, hand feel no obvious touch, does not affect the normal use. In order to take better care of pots and pans, it is recommended to avoid high fire and dry burning.
Enamel pot care precautions:
Before using:
1.Cleaning + open the pot; first wash the pot with hot water + detergent, dry the water, heat to no moisture in the pot to turn the heat down and pour in cooking oil, then use chopsticks to hold the napkin to spread the oil on the entire wall of the pot, back and forth a few times to smear the fire shut off and let it sit for half an hour, cleaned and ready to use.
When using:
1.Avoid empty burning: empty burning in the burning will cause damage to the non-stick layer, shorten the life of the pot, heating the pot needs to have oil or water.
2.Control the heat: pots and pans conduct heat quickly, with low to medium heat can cook delicious food can also save electricity and gas.
3. Scientific use of spatula: In order to protect the non-stickiness of pots and pans and prolong the service life, it is recommended to use silicone spatula or wooden spatula.
After using:
1. Prevent thermal expansion and contraction: hot pots and pans are not recommended to immediately rinse with cold water, so as to avoid thermal expansion and contraction caused by the non-stick layer off, to be cooled down to room temperature state before cleaning with water.
2. Selection of cleaning tools: in order to extend the life of pots and pans do not use steel wire ball, if there is stubborn oil with warm water and detergent, with a cleaning cloth or rag can be scrubbed.
● Tips
The pots and pans themselves will not turn black and yellow.
