We thank you for choosing elago because we cannot improve without you! Majority of orders are shipped out the same day of purchase from our warehouse in California. Orders must be received and payments cleared before 2 PM PST or your order may not be processed till the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. We do our very best to get your orders out of our warehouse and into your hands with the least amount of time possible. "elago" offers shipping options to: United States - USPS and UPS Other Countries – USPS Priority International and UPS International. International shipments are subject to custom’s taxes and duty fees. Actual transit time may vary depending on the method of shipment. Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
