Urfa Pepper Flakes

Origin: Named after the city of Urfa in southeastern Turkey, where the peppers are sun-dried and cured.

Ingredients: Red pepper, salt, edible vegetable oil

Taste and Aroma: A unique combination of smoky, fruity, and earthy flavors with a moderate heat level.

Uses: Sprinkle on kebabs, salads, roasted vegetables, and meat dishes for an authentic Middle Eastern taste.

Substitutes: Aleppo pepper flakes, Maras pepper flakes, or a blend of smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
