The print is blurred and unclear, and the printed label always has a thin light line? Solution: Clean the outside and inside of the label printer regularly. Be careful not to touch the print head when opening or closing the case cover. 2. The tape is in the machine? Solution: take out the tape, carefully remove the clogged tape candle, cut out the deformed tape with scissors, after flattening the tape head, make sure the tape has passed through the label guide slot correctly, finally install it again. 3. The label printer half scissors still not work? Solution: adjust the depth of the cutter that needs to be continuously deepened until it can be cut. If it cuts through, cut the cutter more easily, replace the half cut with full cut or cut with scis.

Tip:
To avoid jamming, please tighten the label tape before printing.
In order not to affect the printing effect, do not pull the label during printing.
After printing, please stick it to a dry and flat surface

Tracking & Notifications

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
