A healthy (1) soft drink can be so delicious! Dr. Jacob's Lactirelle is a drink concentrate of clockwise lactic acid essence (from natural fermentation, dairy-free), with black currant concentrate, iron, potassium and vitamins B1 and B12.
A bottle of lactirelle diluted in bubble makes up to 4 litres of a delicious soft drink. Lactirelle contains no artificial flavours and milk ingredients and is sugar-free thanks to sweeteners from the stevia plant (steviol glycosides). A serving of 5 ml provides 2.4 g of lactic acid and lactate and thus approximately as much as 300 g of natural yogurt.
