How to use diamond painting:
1. Understand how to read the canvas. The canvas consists of small boxes that are coloured and labelled with numbers. Each number corresponds to a diamond colour. The numbers are written on a diagram with the corresponding pocket and diamond colour below or next to it. The diagram is printed on the side of the canvas.
2. Unroll the canvas and stick it to a flat surface. The canvas is covered with a protective film made of plastic. The chart area is sticky when you peel off this film. It is recommended not to remove the entire piece of plastic film at once. Instead, start from the bottom, work your way up, slowly pull back the film.
3. Look at the diagram and determine which colour of the diamond to use. Place the diamonds in the tray. Position the diamonds flat side down by gently shaking the bowl.
4. Dip the tip of the applicator pen into the gel. The gel allows you to pick up the diamonds.
5. Gently press the tip of the applicator pen onto the rounded side of the diamond.
6. Pull back the plastic film to uncover the area you are working on and gently press the diamond onto the symbol box.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until your design is complete.
After positioning the last diamond, place the protective film over the top of the design.
