Installation steps :
1, surface cleaning, use a soft cloth dipped in alcohol / cleaner, repeatedly wipe the parts to be pasted (such as car windows, car body, home tiles, etc.), thoroughly remove oil, dust, water stains, and finally dry with a dry cloth to ensure a smooth and dry surface.
2, cutting and shaping, cutting length: measure the circumference/length of the installation position, use scissors to cut the decorative strip to the appropriate size, leaving 1 - 2cm for fine-tuning (if you need to bend to fit the curved surface, priority cutting).
3、Paste and fix, tear off the protective film on the back of the decorative strip (Note: Do not touch the adhesive backing to avoid sticking dust). Align the installation position (you can first lightly paste the positioning), slowly press from one end to ensure that the adhesive backing and the surface of the close fit; encounter curved surfaces / corners, segmented pressure, finger or soft cloth repeatedly rubbing pressure, to expel air.
4、Strengthen the adhesion, after all the adhesion is completed, use the soft cloth to press the whole once, focus on strengthening the edge and curved surface position; if there is a warped edge, use a hair dryer to heat up the low temperature and then press again to consolidate the adhesion.
Tips
1. Wait for curing: avoid washing the car and pulling the decorative strip within 2 days after sticking to let the adhesive curing fully to ensure firmness.
2、Remove and adjust: If the adhesive is misplaced, it can be slowly torn off and re-pasted within 10 minutes; more than that time, it is recommended to use a hair dryer to heat up and gently remove, and the residual adhesive backing can be wiped clean with alcohol.
3、Special Surface: If the adhesive area is frosted or rough, it is recommended to test the adhesion of a small area first to avoid falling off.
