There is a place just for order comments and this is where you will let us know to giftwrap your item(s). If you would like us to leave a short note or write on the Name the gift is for, you will also include that in the order notes.

Please be advised that sending us a message on ebay alone with this information will not work, it important that you leave an order note for the gifting options you would like; our shipping software will pick this up and alert us prior to shipping.

Gifting Direct Shipping Option - IMPORTANT - If you would like us to ship your gift directly to your giftee, we are happy to do so! But please follow the instruction below carefully, not doing so may cause your order to be shipped to the wrong address or delay your shipment.

In order for us to ship your order to ANY address other than the one on your ebay account, you MUST add it either before or during checkout and be sure it is the ship to address on your order. If you complete checkout without changing the address we unfortunately can NOT ship to another address. FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
All orders ship from within the United States. We offer a few domestic options to accommodate those situations when you need your items in a rush, for a particular date, and for those who prefer Free delivery.

Carrier "Day-Definite Guaranteed" shipping services VS. eBay Guaranteed Delivery

For time sensitive shipments, a Day-Definite Guaranteed service option is strongly recommended. Day-Definite Guaranteed Services are guaranteed by the carrier to arrive in the number of days selected, as such, these services rarely see shipping delays as they are eligible for a full-service refund by the carrier if they are late. Orders placed with a Day-Definite service option are the first to ship from our facility and will in most cases ship the same day when payment is completed before 3pm CST. • 2 Business Day Guaranteed Services** – UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2-Day, and USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS (1-2 Days).
• 1 Business Day / Next Day Guaranteed Services** - UPS Next Day Saver and Fedex Standard Overnight

eBay Guaranteed Delivery offers guaranteed delivery dates for Standard and Expedited Service Options not guaranteed by the carrier. These services are recommended for the buyer that has some flexibility on when their order is needed and prefers a cost effective or Free shipping option. As delivery for these services options are not guaranteed by the carrier, they may on occasion experience shipping delays (particularly during peak seasons). The eBay Guaranteed Delivery offer assurance that if your package arrives later than the promised delivery day, that you will be able to return the package for a full refund or keep the item and receive a shipping credit. Standard Service Options (3-6 Business Days in-transit*) are generally provided as a Free shipping option and may include the following:

• USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL, USPS PARCEL SELECT GROUND, UPS GROUND, or UPS SUREPOST– Please note that with our Free Shipping the most cost effective service option will be used for your shipment and may vary.

Expedited Service Options (2-3 business Days in-transit*) are prioritized over Standard orders in our facility and offer a faster, more reliable service:

• USPS PRIORITY MAIL

*Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Delivery time in transit starts from time of shipment, does not include seller handling time (time to ship), see more regarding handling time below.
**Carrier guaranteed delivery shipments are guaranteed to arrive no later than the specified date. Rare exceptions apply such as “acts of God” (weather, natural disasters etc). See carrier website for more information.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
Available on all orders where shipping isn't already included. This way when you buy more than one item from us, you won’t overpay for shipping. In most cases, all one needs for combined shipping to be applied is to purchase items on the same order (at the same time). Just use the “Add To Cart” button, than checkout for the items at the same time for these shipping discounts to apply.
In for any reason your shipping does not appear to be combining as it should, send us a message and we can send you a combined invoice (Please don’t use the request for an invoice alone, for some reason we rarely get notice of these).

HANDLING TIMES:
Our order handling (time to ship) is in most cases 1 Business Day . Order cut-off time is 1pm CST. Orders placed with a Day-Definite Guaranteed delivery service are automatically prioritized in our system and are normally shipped the same day.

Example: If it is Wednesday before cut-off when your order is placed with a 1 Business Day handling, it would ship no later than Thursday. If the order is placed after cut-off, it would roll over to the next day and would ship no later than Friday.

There are some exceptions on a per listing basis where time to ship may be longer. Check just below the “Add To Cart” and “Buy It Now” buttons for listing specific handing time exceptions.
In rare events or during peak periods, handling times may take longer, in these cases if a shipment is expected to take longer than the promised delivery time, a faster shipping service will be used to ensure an on-time delivery.

Please make payment within a reasonable time-frame. If you change your mind after checking out, make sure and cancel your order. We have ebay submit unpaid transaction cases on our behalf if an order is left abandoned as we still have to pay fees for these orders.
