Why am I being charged sales tax?

We are a division of a large corporation with locations in many states. We are required by law to collect applicable taxes in any state where we have a location. The advantage to this is you are buying from a large, reputable company that can provide faster shipping than a single location retail store. If you are a car dealer or automotive shop/store, please contact us to get the appropriate tax files to avoid sales tax.

I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?

DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed and it cannot be returned.

There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We work hard to keep mistakes to a minimum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact our returns department to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL! We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping the wrong part.

Do you ship to international destinations?
